How to Initiate a Workers' Comp Claim for a Recent Injury
Instacart Employees (In Store Shoppers included)
- All U.S. work-related injuries/illness must immediately be reported to: TriageNow(1-855-213-5434)
- All Canada work-related injuries/illness must be reported to benefits@instacart.com and reported directly to: WSIB
Step 1: Inform your manager or supervisor on duty and call TriageNow (855-213-5434)
Step 2: Follow instructions given by TriageNow. They will refer you to a treatment facility if medical attention is needed.
Step 3: TriageNow will report the injury to Zurich, our Workers' Comp Carries. Zurich will process the Claim.
Step 4: Zurich will contact the injured employee within 1-2 business days to collect more information and provide details about the workers' comp claim.
